  • Empire today is the worst! I scheduled a quote for carpeting. The guy was here at his scheduled time and very helpful. So I decided to go ahead and schedule an appointment to get my carpet installed. I picked this place for the main reason they have an A+ from the BBB which I don't understand how. The quote appointment was the only thing that happened. Mind you I had to pay upfront for the service. On the day of my scheduled appointment. I receive an email letting me know it was rescheduled for the next day. They couldn't even give me a phone call. But I just wanted my carpet installed so I let it go. The next day I'm sitting at my house waiting and waiting and nothing, no phone call from anyone letting me know that they're not coming. Finally I decided to call to ask what was going on and to cancel my installation with them. They girl I talked to seemed very surprised that the installation never happened. And offered to drop the price if i chose to continue with them. She assured me this was not how they operate and she didn't understand what was going on. So she guaranteed me they would be there for sure after the weekend. She said she would put me as high priority. So I Said ok and gave them another chance. Once again I'm sitting here at my house waiting all freaking day for these stupid people and nothing. No one came out or called. I finally after all this, decided to just cancel and get refunded. Hopefully I don't go through this same shit to get my money back. I will also be writing this same review on the BBB page. I would never recommend this place to anyone. This is the worst service I've ever had.
