  • I've been taking my two felines here for a few years. Overall, no problems. I will say that the different vets bring a different approach. I've tried three different vets here, and while I found all of them quite good in diagnostic ability, my current vet (Dr. Wilma DeGraff) is phenomenal. What can I say about the front end staff? Well, generally, they do their job and it depends on who you are dealing with. Secord touts itself as a 'cat-friendly practice' and I can't say I agree with this completely. They do have a cat waiting area with one small bench. On one visit, I was told that I couldn't sit in the cat area with my cat because there was currently a dog there who didn't like to interact with other dogs. The girl at the desk didn't seem to care. All in all, I do like this place and have had no problems.
