  • My favorite bakery in Pittsburgh! As a baguette lover, I always get mine here. I wouldn't choose any other bakery in town over Five Points for one. Their baguette is on a different level and very consistent (artisan!). The outside is hard and so crunchy, and you can smell how delicious it's going to be the moment you bite into it- just how a good baguette should be. I love biting off the pointy end right as I walk out their door! Also appreciate that they have a demi-baguette that's a size smaller for when I'm eating alone or not as hungry. I often pick up a pastry item to go along with my baguette (it's hard to resist!). I would definitely recommend their croissants, cookies, and buns! I tried their orange cardamom bun the other day, which was delicious. I'm not as big of a fan of their pies and tarts, but that doesn't really matter to me when everything else is so perfect! Their pricing is very reasonable. A baguette and a pastry usually comes out to around $6. Will continue to visit for my weekend brunch needs!
