  • Best Uhaul experience to date! Aside from is convenience of location the people were very helpful! When we picked up our truck the guy behind the counter was helping another group pick their up as well. He was so awesome that he multitasked and checked us both in at the same time. I had no issue with waiting but he was good at his job and got us both on the road in no time, thank you sir! hen when I retuned the truck there was a HUGE line. We waited for about 2 min, then one of the guys behind the counter piped up and asked if we were just dropping off, we said we were and he let us know that we could jut hand over the keys and we would take care of the rest for us in about 20 min and we could be on our way, no line no wait and we were gone. So awesome! He could have just let us stand there for 20 min waiting in this crazy line, but he took the initiative to please a customer. I don't live in this area anymore, but I would probably rent from them again even if I had to drive a little further. Thanks guys!!
