I started writing out a detailed review of our experience with this store and realized it would take too much of my energy so I'll give the bottom line.
Staff on the stroller side can be very unhelpful even on a quiet day when you are out numbered by employees and spending $$$ money.
The staff on the clothing side and upstairs in the furniture department are very sweet but always overwhelmed and unorganized. (Management issue?)
I strongly do not recommend registering at Mom's To Be. They do not have a proper system in place. They are not online. The staff are always too busy or overwhelmed to help the people who are trying to buy you things on your registry. There were so many mistakes with our registry that I just gave up.
The concept of the place is good. They are a small business with character. They have competitive prices often times, and stand behind their product. It's just very disorganized. There doesn't seem to be a manager there taking care of quality service or efficiency.
We have just spent thousands there as we prepare for our new baby and unfortunately I can't say that I'm happy we did.
