So went in looking for an iPhone 7 and had a guy named Vic helping, first thing had to ask him to repeat himself multiple times cause he mumbles, when finally get to the point of purchasing he asks me to sign agreements to pay without being able to read them. When I told him I don't sign anything without reading it first his manager try saying I can read it after I sign but they don't have copies to read first. This "manager" couldn't understand that reading it afterward is pointless since your signature is already on it. It became clear that incompetence and an attitude of I don't care is there idea of customer service. I went to the Apple Store got the same phone and deal but someone who's knows how to do there job.
