  • SCAM! Avoid at all costs! Locked out of our house in 110 + degrees. Unfortunately for us, we called these guys. Popped up at the top of the google search - localocksmiths.com. It took 10-15 minutes tops for the guy to get through the lock and we were charged $426! $55 trip charge and $50 labor, plus bogus charge of $285, I tried calling the customer service number on the invoice 480-554-8874 to dispute the charge and it rang and rang. Finally got through to the manager, Tony, a couple days later through their dispatch number 602-357-1399 (cell 480-286-0017) and he rudely said that he had a contract so good luck disputing it and to call someone else next time. I will be contacting the consumer advocate at the Phoenix TV stations and suggest other victims do the same.
