I mis- booked my son and daughter in law for their honeymoon trip to go to UFC200. Found out the day before and had to significantly downgrade their room in the rebook process. Totally my fault. MGM reservations did everything they could to get a comparable room but there just weren't any available near the cost of the package I had purchased months ago. I was disappointed in the downgrade but glad they would at least have a room for their honeymoon.
When they arrived at the hotel, Danny at the desk looked them up and saw what had happened. He treated them like VIPS and gave them a great high penthouse suite.
This kind of service, extended to an mlife VIPS family is why I stick with them. Thank you MGM, reservations and Danny for making my son and his new wife's dreams come true.
