  • Jim's has been around for ages and it shows in the quality of their meats and their customer service. But I want to focus on one specific product: Brats (bratwurst, for anyone new to Wisconsin). They have dozens, yes Dozens, of varieties, so you'll find your favorite here. My go-to is the jalepeno/cheddar brat, for which there is no comparison anywhere. If you've never grilled a brat, start with one of Jim's. If you're a brat fan, theirs are probably at the top of your short list.
