  • Very disappointed because I went here once to repair a necklace because their hours and location is convenient and they seemed very nice (only reason they are getting 2 stars instead of one). Dropped off a pair of hoops that needed a post reattached and a charm attached that came off of an earring. They expressed they may not be able to fix the earring that needed the charm reattached and I expressed how much I loved these earrings, etc. and I think that is what led to them taking advantage of me. $65 for both. To attach a post and a charm. Are you f----ing kidding me, what. Would've been like $15 somewhere else. Nice to see companies take advantage of people! :-)
