Waited over almost 2 hours (15 mins shy of) just to get my ID and title transferred.
They didn't look at my forms and when I handed them my social and proof of address, etc. they said they didn't need it. Turns out the registered me for the wrong license even though it was on my form. They then spent at least 45 mins on the phone with the MVD to fix it.
They also showed other people their license photos and didn't offer me that - when it printed it was awful (and I'm not that picky)
So I paid around $60 to waste my time for "convenience" and when I mentioned it was not convenient they didn't even offer a discount - if you make a customer wait almost 2 hours there should be a discount -
Also while I was sitting there someone came in and and showed them they had made a mistake on their middle name but the woman didn't notice until she went to TSA so they recharged her for their mistake.
Another woman had paperwork faxed over and they said it came in but they couldn't find it.
As customers we pay convenience fees for conveniences not inconveniences.
Update - just got my card in the mail and I thought I was signing a receipt and the sloppy signature which doesn't match my official signature ended up on my drivers license so now I need to contact the MVD. This place is so obnoxious.
