  • This review applies only to this store. I go out of my way to go to this one, and NOT to the one near my house. They are at opposite ends of the customer service spectrum. My review for the other store will be very brief - just assume it's the complete opposite. The manager I have gotten to know in this store is wonderful - she leads by example, and the employees have a great role model. The store in Brooklyn has well-trained staff who seem to enjoy what they are doing. I am always greeted when I walk in, offered help during my visit, it's extremely rare for them to be out of stock of many items, and they always load heavy things into my car. They thank me for shopping there and invite me to return. And I happily shop there frequently.
