  • If you need something expensive dry cleaned, like a $700 down comforter, take it elsewhere. The price is good, but after losing our blanket (twice) and being told two separate times that they had merely misplaced it and were unable to speak to anyone who in fact had our blanket, I simply got a shrug and an, "we'll call you when we figure it out." The second Time returning after being assured the owner would personally deliver our blanket a teenager who was polite but could have honestly cared less said that there was nothing she could do and someone would eventually call me. Bottom line, pay the extra $5 and go somewhere else. There are better, more professionally run dry cleaners all over the east valley and many within a short drive of this one. Lesson learned, we will never return.
