Unacceptable repair work - to their credit, they did redo it without charge; however, when picking up the bike they were EXTREMELY RUDE and accused me of exaggerating the issue. I regret not taking a picture of the "exaggeration". They stated that it was "standard practice"...if that is the standard that is acceptable to them and they feel it is Ok to be rude to customers, I'll be happy to find another bike shop.
