  • They cranked down the oil drain plug so hard using channel locks instead of a hex key that they distorted the oil pan causing a permanent oil leak in my VW GTI. Replacing the destroyed oil pan is going to cost me over $500. Thanks Jiffylube. We'll see if Jiffylube reimburses me. I'll report back but I'm not holding my breath. In the meantime, avoid this business like the plague.
