  • Do not go to this clinic. I xfered from the avondale to Peoria clinic. They knew for two weeks and never requested my records to be xfered. Why its a franchise but they can't view my records is beyond me. So they told me they had to do xrays but would not charge me for them since they couldn't get my records since the avondale location was closed. I paid $83 upfront for perio maintenance. Oral irrigation. Fluoride varnish. All I asked for was a simple cleaning. Then I got a bill in the mail for $50 oral exam and xrays after i already paid $83 and was told I would not be charged for xrays since they where done in march!. My insurance covers 80%! I should not have over $100 worth of charges! The ladies at the front desk weren't very helpful or professional. The last time I got a cleaning xrays at the avondale location i paid $61 so why does prices go up n added on fees? Its all a rip off and I now go to another company at the Biltmore where I'm only getting charged $50 when i walk in the door for just a cleaning and no additional bills show up in my mailbox.
