  • Don't skip this fabulous shaved ice treat. Located in a strip mall on the northwest corner of Pecos and McQueen it is easily missed from the street. Once in the complex you will see that it is tucked in the corner next to Hanger 9 Bar & Grille (another favorite spot). Simply amazing ! All the layers of delicious flavors made for a very different and wonderful tasting treat. I'm not the best at throwing flavors together so I went with an item listed on the menu -- Coffee! It had shaved ice, ice cream, syrup , marshmallow ! I will be back to make my way through other flavors and will even try my hand at creating my own. My son tried the triple rainbow but oddly opted for shaved ice only without the ice cream or marshmallow or any other toppings (he certainly didn't get his tastebuds from me). He loved the flavors ! So many options and definitely worth trying at least once !! The best part of the experience was the awesome customer service. The gentleman working was busy with multiple orders and was very pleasant and helpful. Overall a really great experience, with a great dessert and clean and friendly environment. I did read other reviews and have to say that the fact this is a locally owned family business that provides such a great product is a HUGE plus. If being closed one day a week -on a Monday ,like so many other family run restaurants, is necessary then I'm ok with that because it is a small price to pay to have more quality , family run businesses in the area. Even Chik-fil-a isn't open everyday. You've won me over!! *********************** 5/2/2018 Another evening trip here! Tonight I tried the Cherry Bomb! Amazing! The marshmallow was so delicious.. !! I'm determined to try them all!
