  • My husband had called and made me an appointment here with Donna for today at 4pm. I sat behind him when he made the call and I wrote down the date and time and I was so excited and a little nervous about going to a new salon. Something came up and I had to cancel for today. Imagine my chagrin when I called them and they told me my name wasn't in their system at all and Donna, my supposed stylist to be, had the entire day off! I had the receptionist double check because I knew I wrote the time and date down correctly. I understand mistakes can happen but this was a very bad mistake indeed! Needless to say I will NEVER go to this salon if they will book someone in and place them with a stylist who isn't even working. That tells me a lot about how much they truly care about their potential clients. If I hadn't called, I would have went into the salon today thinking I was going to be getting my new cut and color and I would have been embarrassed in front of everyone when she told me I wasn't even on the books! Bad form A Cut Above. Maybe you need to think about a name change to A Cut Far Below!
