Dinos serviced our washing machine and KitchenAid refrigerator. They assisted us in getting full coverage for the repairs from KitchenAid even though the appliances were out of warranty: Both appliances had manufacturer defects. Unfortunately, our appliances were out of warranty. Labor and parts would have cost us hundreds of dollars. John advised us to tell KitchenAid that Dinos says the problems are factory defects. John advised us to ask for full coverage on the repair. I called KitchenAid and when I mentioned Dinos, they immediately authorized repair on both appliances. Dinos had to come out four times to repair our defective KitchenAid 2012 French Door refrigerator (what a lemon!!). John showed us a factory notice advising problems with the product. John and Chris had extensive knowledge of the appliances and were able to take a part and rebuild the appliance. Dinos replaced the evaporator, compressor, power manager, and several other components. KitchenAid paid for the repair and Repairmen John and Chris were patient, helpful, knowledgable, and accommodating to our schedule. I recommend Dinos for any KitchenAid or subsidiary product.
