  • I took my Toyota 4Runner to Pure Luxury for a "complete" interior and exterior detail for $400. For $400 I expected a thorough detail and what I received was worth less than half of that. They did not vacuum or shampoo my seats, didn't wipe the door down or the cup holders, didn't even fully clean the rims and broke my bug guard on the front of my vehicle. When I contacted them via email the night of the detail with pictures and to express my displeasure and request a partial refund they offered to refund me $50 or take 20 minutes to fix it. I've included pictures of the "complete" detail of my 4runner so you can see for yourself how incomplete the detail was. Use Pure Luxury at your own risk, you will likely be very disappointed and left feeling ripped off.
