| - I remember when the shop owners of Serenade would come to UNLV and distribute little flyers to promote their new café. Now, Serenade is frequently packed when I come in, and for good reason.
Although the drinks and desserts here are delicious, the main reason why I come here with friends is the mood this place creates. This café is easily one of the coziest and most comfortable spots in the entire city of Las Vegas while also giving sappy little me a romantic "in-an-Asian-drama" feeling. There is no other way to put it, the décor here is on point: The menu display is a chalkboard, the windows are decorated with amazing sharpie art, and there is a small stage up in the front of the café appropriate for its name.
The staff are extremely nice and will bring orders to tables if they have time. They are more than willing to explain the different items on their menu and will make recommendations for newbies. They work quickly even when it's busy and always pay attention to whether their customers need anything.
The pricing for the drinks is pretty average. If I remember right, and nothing has changed, there are free refills for teas, which is perfect for people who plan to sit down for a couple of hours to talk. There is both indoor and outdoor seating for customers, and the staff members are very accommodating towards bigger groups, as well.
I honestly think this café is a place that people have to visit at least once to experience the picturesque atmosphere I'm raving about. There is nothing that has come quite as close in my experience yet.
