When you have a bad experience with a company, it leaves a bad taste in your mouth that is difficult to remove. My previous review of this place was terrible as the service tech person (who it was primarily about) failed us dramatically and we were weeks without a resolution.
Enter the Knight in Shining Armor.
After complaining about their service and feeling like we were nothing more than drift wood to this company, ONE of their employees stepped up to the plate to correct the issue.
Jerry Bailey came to our rescue. The problem was explained to him and he actually appeared to care about how poor the overall customer experience had been for me. (You can read about it in my previous reviews) Jerry took the time to listen to my concerns and show compassion for the situation. Jerry was able to complete the order for our A/C filters which were previously abandoned. Jerry was thoughtful and compassionate and a real asset to their organization. If only all of their staff would follow his lead, there would never been anything poor to say about Ace Air.
Thank You Jerry for making all attempts to keep me, the customer, happy and fix a very uncomfortable situation. When you call for service, PLEASE ask for Jerry Bailey by name and you will be pleasantly surprised with the genuine article.
