Employees here are almost rude and poorly trained. I get CO2 refills very frequently from the Scottsdale location, and unfortunately Scottsdale ran out which led me to this location. I was forced to fill out a bunch of ridiculous paperwork and told that only one of my tanks could be filled because the other was too old. They then told me to go to the front and pay and then come back to the rear of the store to pick it up. It was a needlessly tedious, awkward, and convoluted process. It all took about 30 minutes to fill a single CO2 tank. After paying, I remembered that after all of that, I was due a free refill on the tank as per the aim-for-five program. The employee's attitude led me to believe he was knowingly trying to rob me of my free refill.
