  • I have never been a big fan of Jaleo in DC and Bethesda, Maryland but perhaps I need to revisit those places. Jose Andres has hit a grand slam with this place. I only had a chocolate flan dessert and some cafe con leche with rum, but what a dish! This place reminds me of the energy in Las Vegas before the fall of the stock market. It is filled by beautiful people and high energy in the Cosmopolitan Hotel. The open pit restaurant with the paella is something I am dying to try. This place is a winner!!!
