  • Such an unprofessional office. Got to office ahead 20 mins early had records sent a week ahead of time. After waiting an hour they told me they had no access to my records. I then called my old doctor and requested that they resend them. I was then told I had 15 mins for them to get there or they would reschedule me. Wtf? So I called old Dr back and they sent right away. The fax showed it was receiving a fax from my doctor but DR. Hughes refused to wait. Her time is more important than her patients.
