  • If it were possible I would give zero stars. Stay away from this company. I was told days before our move that I needed to pay for the move up front. There was nothing in the estimate that we received that said this was their process. Strange but no choice since it was too late to secure another mover. Our move came in less than estimated. That was almost two months ago. I am still waiting for our refund even though I have followed up. Our next step is to file a complaint with the better business bureau.
