  • Does this place even have heaters????? I couldn't find one so I called the front desk and all they said was "I'll send up a bunch of blankets." They blankets arrive with hairs that I had no idea were part of the menu. An hour later, I still can't find the heater so I call the operator again, "We ran out of blankets." Yes, but where is the heater. "Can't help anymore, no more blankets." Ok, just tell me where the heater is. I guess they don't have a heater.
