| - If I could give this place a negative one star, I would.
First of all, the new "manager" Alice, is the rudest excuse for a manager I have ever come across. I called to ask questions about having my membership canceled with this establishment. My eyes have been itching, and I suspect that the extensions are why. When I initially signed up, they told me only to provide 30 days notice and it wouldn't be a problem. Now they needed a written letter, a doctor's note, or proof of address that you live 25 miles away. She gave me attitude, and even asked if I was listening to her.
I came back later today to provide her with a doctor's note from my ophthalmologist, only for her to say that it takes 72 hours to verify. I have no problem with waiting, but the way I was treated was honestly horrendous. Alice became catty, gave me more attitude than earlier, and defensive. When I told her I didn't appreciate her tone, she resorted to name calling. Is that world-class customer service?? That's ABUSE.
The only redeeming quality that this place has is Lenny. She was my lash girl for a long time and she is absolutely wonderful. The rest of the staff is useless.
Alice refused to allow me to talk to the owner Dan, who I happen to know is very kind and would've treated me with understanding and respect. If the owner is reading this, please feel free to contact me.
I honestly wish I had this encounter on video, it was that unbelievable.

You already contacted me in regards to this, and I am fully aware of the policy. My review was not based on your membership policy, but based on the way your employee conducted herself. I will not be removing my review. I think it is helpful for other customers that want to consider your business.
