  • I went here last year & saw Janice, who is no longer working here. Janice's energy was very soothing and her massage was incredible, so I thought I'd return. I was told she doesn't work there but figured that her expertise had to do with training, so I went ahead and booked with someone else. I was chastised 3 times for various things with a sentence ending in "Girl." I received zero neck/shoulder massage. I felt a long of burning when she out the masque on but thought since she hadn't described a single thing she was applying the whole time that it was normal. My face was so inflamed when I left I wanted to put a bag in my head & the other assistant was just gawking at me. She also brought two women in the room to get supplies or something while I had the masque in and eyes covered speaking to each other in Polish, which made me feel like my comfort didn't matter. Janice where are you now??
