I will not be returning as a client due to an extremely rude female doctor that attempted to reprimand me for questioning the services rendered as well as the amount of the bill. It is our right as a client to ask questions about what we are paying for as well as question the care for our animals, and as a business it is their job to make the clients feel comfortable enough to do so. They did the very opposite and unfortunately most of my prior visits there have been met with rude cold customer service. If they can't provide their human clients with respect and kindness when we are the ones footing the bill
it is unnerving to think how they treat the animals when they are in their care.
