I've been with Sting alarm for several years now. Every time I deal with these guys they're so awesome! I feel these guys/gals deserve a good shout out on yelp so their bosses are aware of the good job their doing.... or in case anyone is reading reviews to decide what alarm company to go with.
A few weeks ago I had one of their technician stop by my house to make sure my system was working properly. After the technician (believe his name was Jason) was done, everything was good. From past experience with dealing with outfits like ADT, they would normally issue me some kind of service call invoice...nope not with these guys. Total charge to make sure my system was working cost me ...zero dollars! On top of that, this technician spent time with my wife and I to ensure we understood the panic codes and a few other questions we had. Bottom line, he didn't rush us, showed up on time, and left without it costing us a dollar. Now that's a company that cares in my opinion.
Today I had another technician come by my business where we also have Sting. We are relocating so I needed to find out how much it would cost to remove my current system and install it in the new location. This guys name was John. Showed up on time and recommended some cost effective ways for me to save some dollars. Now is that normal? I can do you not in my experience from the other service I mentioned already. I told this technician how awesome his company was and explained how I had a great experience with the other tech who came to my house a few weeks ago. He said Sting is about lifetime customers. Smart!
Anyways, please excuse any typos. My point is.... Sting Alarm Mgt, you guys have a great team and I am a happy customer due to your caring attitude. Thank you for keeping my family and business safe.
