I've definitely been to better Jamba Juice chains. It's a bummer that this is the closest one to me otherwise I'd go to a different one. They either always short the smoothies in the cup or make them too large. And I've noticed they need to be blended up better because it's always chunky with pieces of fruit or ice. I'm new to the area and have been here about 3 times, and seriously what is up with the customer service? It's horrible! The employees are so rude, miserable and unfriendly!!!
A couple days ago my boyfriend and I went in to grab a couple of smoothies and the girl at the register acted like she hated life working there and never cracked a smile once no matter how friendly I was. After she handed me my change I said "Okay thank you!" and all she responded was "YUP." Really?! I am a super positive and friendly person and have worked in customer service for years so I know how it should be! If you work in customer service you should HAVE customer service! Where were these employee's personalities when they got interviewed? It amazes me that that some of them got hired.
Management needs to either train their staff better or get new, friendly employees working there! PLEASE take all these reviews on here into consideration!
