  • Convenient location on East Flamingo. Went in on two days. Got wipers one day as rain was in the forecast and came back another day, mid-morning to get hydraulic pistons for the back gate of my SUV. They were nice enough but apologized that they didn't have them in stock. They said they could get them from another store by the afternoon though. They asked for my cell and said they would call when they arrived a few hours later. Perfect as I had time that day. No call. A couple days later I was driving by and stopped in and got my parts. Not a big deal, but kind of is. I can order parts online from a number of sites and have them delivered to my house. All O'Reilly has is convenience and customer service. Take those two benefits away and they're irrelevant. There's just no excuse. If you say you're going to call then call. Otherwise I'm wasting my time doing business with you.
