I had made an appointment for a tire alignment and they took my car right on schedule.
The alignment is very good now and that's all that was needed or recommended.
I overheard instructions to someone who may have been a new employee and the gist was that the customer gets only what they need and that the work should be carefully verified both for need and that the repair was performed correctly. The manager/service writer seems very concerned in doing things right!
The waiting area is pretty bare and a small desk and outlet would have been welcome. But in the end it's the work in the shop that counts.
