  • I was super excited to try out this restaurant because the reviews seem to be very strong but needless to say I was a bit disappointed. The service was OK ( our waitress could have been a little bit more personable) . She did her job but definitely was not as welcoming or outgoing as I was expecting The food was not as good as I was hoping for after reading the reviews ( the garlic bread served with our appetizer and meal was definitely old and stale ( I swear it must have been frozen and microwaved ) . I did like the crawfish étouffée but felt like the gumbo was very watery and the jambalaya I ordered was mainly white rice .... All in all - I felt my experience and the food was not as outstanding as i had hoped.
