  • Below is my original post. I'm reposting this because they fixed my carpet. It's back to normal ... looks like nothing ever happened. No more bumps - thank you. ______________________________________________________ I understand things/mistakes happen but when a company take NO responsibility THAT is when it shows lack of professionalism & character. My beautiful Mohawk carpet is RUINED!!! It has stretched & has bumps. I literally keep tripping on it. Heavenly Scent Pros did not even take the time to come see it in person. IF I had been forewarned that it "may stretch", you "may get bumps" I would have never had it done. They are taking NO responsibility. THE BLAME: 1. The company that installed it 4 years ago 2. Chemistry 101 ... steam/stretching & mumbo jumbo carpet jargon When I ask how it never happened before when I had it cleaned, Chad has NO explanation & says it will be $120 for it to be stretched out & I have to pay for that. I'm disgusted ... My carpet was beautiful & excellent quality. Beautiful Carpet + Heavenly Scent Pros = RUINED CARPET PLEASE do your research & read reviews ... don't use this company. Make sure you hire a responsible & fair company.
