I went in to exchange a show jacket I had previously bought and the manager, Cindy Chavez, helped me. She was extremely rude and unfriendly. She never once said anything nice, helpful or friendly to me. I wanted help fitting the jacket and when I asked her for advice on how tight other people wear their show jackets, she responded "other people buy what fits and they leave the store and never come back." Obviously she didn't want to help me and for some reason was put out that I wasn't sure what size to buy. But that wasn't the only thing, her attitude was nasty and unbelievably condescending. Honestly, I was shocked she was treating me like that. So I didn't shop for anything else because she was so rude. I felt like I just wanted to get out of there. I went to this store to buy a jacket expecting customer service. Is it too much to ask for help with fitting a show jacket? Apparently at Greenway Saddlery it is. I will never shop there again. The manager of this store has made sure of that.
