  • I was in the process of moving in, everyone was very helpful and attentive. (minus every time I called I couldn't get through and had to just go in to get information) They reassured me that my credit and proof of making enough money was good- I asked if we had anything to worry about with passing the application test since it was $100 non-refundable, they said that everything looked good and we shouldn't have any issues. We were supposed to move in Friday and it was Thursday afternoon and I still hadn't heard back from them so I just kept calling until I got through to see if everything was set to move in since we had to be out of our original spot Saturday, the manger said "Oh she was supposed to call you yesterday, you guys were denied." I understand for felonies or actual large crimes but if you have anything on your record at all- don't waste your time and money on this place. I had the smallest charge of "underage drinking" from 6 years ago and they denied me for that, which if those are the rules-okay- but at least let the applicants know before wasting their money. But I guess it's just money in their pockets so I'm sure they see it as gain. They also said they are just under new management and about to be undergoing a bunch of different construction, something else to keep in mind before signing here. I almost feel lucky it didn't work out looking back on this situation. Jessica & Diamond were very helpful, thank you ladies.
