  • I made a grooming appointment for my dog a week ago and I took him in today. The groomer said it would be 4hrs and she would call me when she is done. 2 hours later she calls me saying I have to pick up my dog because they are "overbooked". She left my dog half way groomed!!!!!! He looks worse than before he came to petco grooming!!! When I asked her to finish grooming him or to at least do her face she refused and said they were "overbooked". Petco you are the worst at grooming never again! Don't take your dog there for grooming
