  • my gel nails started peeling about 4 days after getting them done so i made an appointment to have the issue resolved. after waiting 30 minutes- one reason for 4/5 stars- Alie re did the polish on all of my nails. i really appreciated this because she was not the person to have originally done my nails, so she was fixing someone else's mistake. she had a slight attitude about it, saying how i should have told them on the phone that i needed them all redone. in my defense, i didn't know i would need them all redone and did my best to explain my situation over the phone. this was the other reason for 4/5 stars. i'm happy with the result of my nails, i just wish it didn't have to be fixed in the first place. Overall, i really appreciated that they fixed my nails for free. The owner was also really nice about everything and i could tell she was doing her best to make things right despite the short staff.
