So, I'm here at best buy in early afternoon and noticed it was ideal to look for a gift for my son. Unbeknownst to me the staff here at the summerlin location in Las Vegas has failed in a very large way. I got here and noticed the traffic is very light and not much was happening. As I asked for some help, I waited 15 minutes for Jesus to come up and offer a little assistance. Barbara their manager was wrapped up in conversation just having a blast with the employee working cell phone area.
Let's be very clear, as a customer coming into a best buy you would think on a slow day you'd get better service than any other day... Wrong!!! I waited patiently after asking for help 5 to 6 times by Kyle the front door security. The problem lays with SERVICE. Service is the only thing we have left to recieve from these companies which
want to earn our business. Service is what I needed to make a decision regarding simple headphones for my son. Jesus decided to step up to the plate. After stating the fact I waited 15 minutes, he then also honored pricing that had simply ran out just a day ago. Thank you to Kyle for your help and Jesus which did rectify the issue. Barbara was not the leader you'd expect at such a location. Not the right ambassador for bestbuy.
Demand service. It's all we have left is this unforgiving society. Airlines did away with it and now everyone is following suit. Sad times we live in. Thanks for reading.
