  • My experience here was nothing short of AMAZING. From browsing the bedframe offerings to picking up my order, the process was slick. I have to give a huge S/O and kudos to my sales guy, Manuel - super friendly, helpful and communicative, superior customer service! You're lucky if you get to work with him. After researching a ton of bedframe and night stand options, I found a solid set and Manuel assisted through the entire process. They were out of stock on the popular model I was interested in, but he searched the warehouse in Colorado and quoted me 2 weeks for shipping to Phoenix; I wasn't in a rush. I was BLOWN AWAY that Manuel personally texted me 5 days later to communicate status updates on my order. Loved this! We coordinated scheduling and pickup flawlessly. Again, kudos to this guy because I ordered a secondary night stand from him directly. Totally recommend AFW, thanks!
