They treat their customers like crap! I made a follow up appointment three weeks ago! Today I got a phone call from the esthetician Lindsay who said I was double booked. Why did it take three weeks to contact me? Why should I have to wait two additional weeks to get a touch up? I don't feel valued as a customer and would NOT suggest this place unless you like feeling invalid as a customer! Spooled Rotten does not treat their customers with professionalism.
Now that you responded...its my fault that you cannot use your reservation system? My appointment was set for April 2nd and your office suggested that I change my appointment to April13th after I was confirmed for April 2nd!! 2 weeks later!!! I also I have an international trip planned as well and was not given choices but rather bullied into taking an appointment that didn't fit my schedule! Shame on you for continuing to make me feel less than par! Beautification is a conscious decision and I chose the WRONG PLACE!!!! Additionally, I was hung up on by your salon!!! You have below expectations of your clients and just to mention...good publicity goes far and bad publicity goes further!!! YOU ARE UNPROFESSIONAL!!! After all...aren't customers ALWAYS right? I can't believe you invited me to an argument on YELP!
