The egg sandwiches on a fluffy biscuit are out if this world! Real food. Real good. Real cute decor. Service is great, too.
They serve Just Coffee. Decaf is made to order.
I consider myself a biscuit aficionado, and I can say these compete with my grandma's. (But you can't beat grandma, right?) The biscuit has just the right amount of flakiness without crumbling in your hands whilst enjoying all the inners.
The egg is perfectly cooked. Not runny, but not dry and rubbery from being over cooked. How do they do this?
I like the #1 breakfast sandwich: Pearl Valley Farms egg, havarti, roasted red pepper and baby spinach on a buttermilk biscuit, served with a side of fruit.
I also add roasted summer squash from their add-on section of the menu. It's a wonderful breakfast that makes you want to savor every bite, rather than stuff your face as you hurriedly start your day.
There are a number of amazing-looking baked goods in the case that I must try over time, but I'm so stuck on this breakfast sandwich, I haven't tried anything else (yet)!
