rev:text	I have been a tenant here for 4 years & over the last 6 months this place has become a CRAPHOLE!! There is no one here that cares about the tenants just "give me your money" attitude. The ground is constantly littered with garbage, there is dog poop EVERYWHERE, drug addicts & drunks over run the property, no security, constant police activity & no one "runs" this property. If you can collect a check from somewhere they will let you stay. Sad really it hasn't always been this bad. I would NEVER recommend or refer this place to anyone. Maintenance people are idiotic & extremely rude. And the so called "security" is non existent. Just some dummy that sits in his car pretending to secure stuff. Its almost like living down on fremont without the neon. Do yourself a favor & find somewhere else to live. nothing about this place says home. If you don't believe me talk to the rude idiotic lady in the front office. She has the personality of a garden statue..........
