I would also give zero stars if possible. I had been emailing with Dave Fortner, a "fleet manager", because my son is a first time buyer and is looking for his first car. I made an appointment to meet with Dave but when I showed up to meet with him at the scheduled time, they said he was not available and passed me to someone else. The person I had been emailing with had all my info and now I have re explain what we are looking for. Needless to say, the situation was very disappointing and frustrating. The fleet manager seemed to have all the best intentions in email but when we arrived, it was a different story, the same old dealership song and dance. I would not recommend this dealership unless you are looking for a headache.
