  • Terrible customer service. No such thing as same day delivery. I ordered a box of dipped fruit for delivery in the morning time for same day delivery and received a phone call a few hours later asking if it could be delivered the next day. I was annoyed but what could I do. The following day I called to see when it would be delivered stating that the recipient was leaving for the night in the late afternoon, and she said she couldn't make any guarantees. This means the fruit will sit at the concierge for a day rotting basically and go to waste. Fifty dollars later I will never order from here again. So unprofessional.
