There were three of us for dinner. We were greated promptly and with enthusiasm by the hostess, who escorted us to a nice table in the middle of the room.
...that's about the best I can say about this place.
The restaurant was less than half full. After sitting for 15 minutes trying to figure out who was our waiter, we got up and left.
There are hundreds of other places to eat in Las Vegas. You'd think the "upscale" restaurant at Treasure Island would make an effort to actually be upscale.
