  • Today was the first day that I have ever had pest control at a house I was living in. I always walk around with anyone doing work on my house because I like to ask questions. Well Derek A. Was very informative about do's and donts with scorpions he told me about everything he sprayed and was very nice. He was actually early for the appointment and customer service was impeccable! Currently I live close to south mountain so critters are quite prevalent. crickets, scorpions and even mice. Nevertheless the great customer service began when I talked to Tyler on the phone. He was informative and helped me out every step of the way. They use effective products and are not afraid to ask questions. I currently will refer TruForce to any person in need of pest control maintenances. Derek answered every question I had and gave me plenty of sticky traps for my home.
