  • If I could give 0 stars I would. This review is based solely on the Sales Associate named Kid. Let me also provide some background by saying I work at a cellphone store, so I have knowledge when it comes to these types of transactions. My boyfriend has been a customer with T-Mobile for 4 years (not that long but should be enough to want to retain a customer) and we decided to add a line on his account for myself and upgrade his phone. Things start off smoothly and we tell Kid exactly what we want, we already know we want 2 iPhone 7+ 32 GB in rose gold and matte black. At first Kid quoted us on $25 due upfront for everything in store. So while it sounded too good to be true he went through the numbers and I could tell there was something wrong. My boyfriend owned his iPhone 6+ and we were willing to trade it in for store credit to lower our upfront costs. From the very beginning we told Kid it was an iPhone 6+ and he can even see on his account that it is an iPhone 6+ YET he quoted the trade in on an iPhone 6s+! So instead of paying $25 in store the price shot up to $85. Fine whatever there's nothing we can do about it even though it was not our mistake. Second problem we encountered, is after we bought the phones Kid didn't even offer to transfer our phone information for us, maybe it's not a big deal to some, but you always offer to transfer information. And lastly, we purchased my phone on the "Free iPhone 7" promotion and was told that we do qualify as long as I bring my phone number over. Well I gave KID all of my information to do so (such as phone number, account number, and pin) and we went back every other day and my phone number still wasn't brought over to T-Mobile. Kid distinctly told me that if I want the promotion that I would need to buy a pre-paid phone from Verizon to get a number and then bring it over to T-Mobile. So you're telling me I need to spend my OWN money to get a rebate that YOU made a mistake on? $50 later we finally get our number over to T-Mobile to make us eligible for the rebate after we had to go through hurdles with Kid and having to deal with him belligerently yelling at us in the store. I will NEVER recommend ANYONE to join to T-Mobile due to this Sales Associate's poor mistreatment of a situation that he himself caused. I wished T-Mobile would hire workers who actually CARED about their job instead of these crooks who are only out for their commission and to scam you out of your money. Please beware of this location unless you want headaches and sales reps yelling at you.
